Shipping policy

Made to order
Every ornament is custom-made after you order. We prepare your design from your photos, then our US print partner produces and ships it. Most orders leave production within 3–7 business days.

Delivery times
After shipping, US orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders usually take longer, depending on the destination and customs. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates
We charge a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay. US shipping for one ornament is currently $5.49. International rates vary by country.

Holiday deadline
For Christmas delivery in the US, please order by December 8. Orders placed after that date will still be made, but we can't guarantee arrival before December 25.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.
