What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo of each pet's face, looking toward the camera. Phone photos work great. Avoid blurry, dark, or far-away shots.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Choose 1, 2, or 3 pets on the product page and upload one photo for each.
Can I write my own crime?
Yes. Choose "Write my own" in the Crime menu and type up to 30 characters.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
We carefully prepare every design by hand from your photos. If a photo won't print well, we'll email you before printing.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 8 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Is AI used in your designs?
The background and Santa hat in our designs were created with AI tools. Your pet's photo is always your own.
Can I return my ornament?
Because every item is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page.
