Refund policy

Every Scruff & Sparkle ornament is personalized and made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or typos in names or crimes you entered at checkout.

Damaged or misprinted orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our part, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.

Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our print partner to replace it.

Cancellations and changes
Because production starts quickly, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to cancel or change your photos, names, or crime. After your design has been sent to print, we can't cancel or change it.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
