Every ornament is custom-made after you order. We prepare your design, then it goes to production and ships from our US print partner. You'll receive a tracking number by email when it ships.
Holiday deadline
For Christmas delivery in the US, please order by December 8.
Returns
Personalized items can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Damaged or misprinted orders
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
